Olympic Indoor Tennis

Pretty unpleasant experience over the phone. Just really impatient and rude person

I’m a tennis coach in the local area. I love that Olympic allows for non-members to book courts. But if a non-member is registered online and has an account…why would that require the guests of the person with the registered account to register? You don’t need all of this required personal information like address and billing info for guests. So why are you asking for it? You are data hunting. As a result of the fact that I had to spend 15-20+ minutes getting myself and my guests registered, by the end of that time, I was told when I walked in at 1:52 that the 2pm court was booked. I’ve been in the front desk’s position before so I understand it’s not their job to make policy, it’s their job to explain and communicate it, but frankly, I’m frustrated. I called three times. Once around 1:37pm, once at 1:45, and another at 1:49pm. All in the effort of trying to get me registered. Only in the final phone call did I get informed that my guests needed to fully register as well…would have been nice to know when I mentioned I had guests a little earlier if that was the case so I could have had them doing that in the car ride on the way over…so I could have beat whomever registered before

10/10 recommend. I just finished the beginner lessons & Gabi was an amazing coach. The people in the group were wonderful & the facility is perfect.

The Olympic staff really goes above and beyond to encourage kids to play tennis. They helped me find an awesome coach for my kids, even though I wasn't a member. The courts are really well maintained, and they often host tournaments so that local kids can gain match experience. Highly recommend!

Nice tennis club. We have done lessons for the kids here and came here for a USTA tournament today. Tournament was well-run and the staff was friendly. It was really hot in the bubbles where the courts are, but in fairness, the outside temperature today was 97 degrees!
